- Galvanised drawbar 100 mm x 50 mm x 3 mm extending right back to the front spring hanger, irrespective of the float length. Draw bar is approximately 1.1m in length, in front of the front of the body of the float.
- Galvanised chassis rails are 50 x 50 x 3 mm.
- Filled in A frame with chequer plate.
- Heavy duty 8” swing up jockey wheel.
- Floor joists are set at 190 mm apart and over that is placed Australian Hardwood Form Ply , tek screwed at about 180 mm apart, to each floor joist. This timber has high strength rating, is waterproofed on both sides and is manufactured for the construction industry. Used mainly in concreting applications.
- Stall walls are lined with galvanised sheeting which is welded to the frame.
- Rubber is glued to the stall walls at a height of 900 mm. Padding is placed above that.Natural rubber, 10 mm thick and slightly dimpled, with superior anti slip properties, is glued in one continuous length to the stall area.
- Smooth natural rubber is glued to the stall walls. All rubber is sealed around edges.
- External cladding is .75m zincanneal sheeting, in continuous lengths, is glued to the frame, resulting in a rivet less finish.
- Axles are 50 mm square, fitted with 2.5” (63mm) drops. Both axles are braked.
- 3000 kg Rocker Roller Springs.
- A Brake away system is installed.
- GVM of 3000 kg.
- Two heavy duty Stabilus gas struts, with dust covers, are fitted to the tailgate. The edges of the tailgate are sealed with polyurethane.
- Spring loaded over centre latches are fitted to the tail gate.
- Stabilus German gas struts are fitted to all access doors on the float.
- One recessed tie up to each side.
- Recessed door handles.
- 5 x 14” Sunraysia steel mags fitted 8 ply light truck radial tyres.
- One pop up roof vent.
- One interior LED front light.
- Head divider, removable.
- Drop chest bars which have one lower height adjustment.
- Removable centre pole.
- Removable, padded centre divider, with or without a rear leg.
- Breeching gates.
- Gas lift rear storm door.
- Two(2) personal access doors.
- Interior is fully padded, walls to a depth of 400 mm.
- Aluminium chequer plate to the drawbar in fill, around the front circle at a height of 760 mm, 2 x full-size steps clad with chequer plate, and over the mudguards, on the infills behind the mudguards and to the rear triangular stays.
- All LED running lights are standard.
- Automotive 2 pac white paint is standard with hand lining and scrolling.
- 5 year structural warranty.
