• Stall length 6’6”
• Galvanised drawbar 100mm x 50mm x 3mm which extends right back to the front spring hangers, irrespective of the length of the float. Drawbar is approx. 1.1 metres in length.
• Fully galvanized chassis, chassis rails are 50 x 50 x 3mm
• Filled in A frame with aluminium chequer plate.
• Heavy duty 8” swing up jockey wheel.
• Floor joists are set at 190 mm apart. and over that Australian Hardwood Form Ply is tek screwed at 180 mm intervals. This timber is used extensively in the construction industry as form work in large concreting applications. It has a waterproof coating on both surfaces and has high strength ratings.
• Stall walls are lined with 1.6mm galvanised sheeting which is welded to the frame.
• Rubber is glued to the stall walls to a height of 960 mm. Side padding is placed above that.
• Natural rubber, 10 mm thick, dimpled, with superior anti slip properties and in one section without joins, is glued to the floor and tailgate. All rubber is sealed at the edges.
• External .75mm zincanneal cladding, is applied horizontally, in continuous lengths, and glued to the frame resulting in a smooth, rivetless finish.
• Axles are 50mm square with 2.5” drops, both fitted with electric brakes.
• Rocker Roller Suspension rating 3000 kg, allowing GVM capacity. Breakaway unit.
• The tailgate is 1.4m in height (4’7”) and is fitted with two heavy duty German Stabilus gas struts, fitted with sealed dust covers, stainless steel hinges and a chequer plate step. The edges are totally sealed with polyurethane. Spring loaded over centre latches are fitted to the tailgate and these bounded by aluminium chequer plate.
• Stabilus (German) gas struts are fitted to all doors.
• One recessed tie up on each side of the float.
• Recessed door handle(s).
• New 8 ply light truck tyres, 15” Sunraysia mags.
• Four roof vents, 2 in the front of the stall area and 2 in the gas lift storm door facilitate excellent air flow.
